Tecno Spark Go 2023 with 5000mAh battery launched in India

Tecno Spark Go 2023 has been launched in India. The entry-level smartphone offers the first Type-C charger and 5000 mAh battery in the sub-7K price range. The smartphone also sports a 13MP primary camera and is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 SoC.

Tecno Spark Go 2023 edition with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is priced at Rs 6,999 in India. The device is also available in 3GB RAM with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage option. The price of these variants has not yet been published. The affordable smartphone is available across all retail touch points in three vibrant colors: Nebula Purple, Endless Black and Uyuni Blue.

Tecno Spark Go 2023 has a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 90%, a touch sampling rate of 120Hz and a maximum brightness of 480 nits. The aspect ratio of the screen is 20:9. The construction of the phone is resistant to splashing water according to IPX2 standards. It has up to 4GB of RAM and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC.

In addition, the phone has a Memory Fusion virtual RAM feature that increases the RAM by 3GB, making it a total of 7GB. There’s up to 64GB of built-in storage, and a separate microSD card slot allows for up to 256GB of additional storage. The base phone has HiOS 12.0 on top of Android 12.

Tecno’s Spark Go 2023 comes with a 10W charger and a 5000mAh battery. According to the company, users will get 12 hours of gaming, 25 hours of video playback and up to 124 hours of music playback.

The Tecno Spark Go 2023 has two rear cameras, one with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.85 lens, the other with an AI lens. The front of the device houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor and a front-facing LED flash for selfies and video chat. There are also several AI modes such as Portrait, HDR, Time Lapse and AI Scene Detection

On the Tecno Spark Go 2023, connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, OTG and USB Type-C. Sensors on board include fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor, electronic compass, ambient light sensor and accelerometer.
